There is a return/exchange form on the back of your invoice to make this easier for you.
If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for
the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for
it. So your credit card billing statement is clean and clear. And we'll never
charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange.
If the exchange was a gift, just let us know who purchased it for you. If
you'd like a refund, just tell us that, and we'll take care of it. It's that
simple.
